• Promoting Quality Culture: Instil a sense of responsibility for quality enhancement among all stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and management.
• Assessment and Accreditation: Facilitate processes for assessment and accreditation, ensuring compliance with established standards and criteria set by relevant accrediting bodies.
• Institutional Planning and Evaluation: Assist in the development and implementation of institutional plans and policies aligned with the goal of enhancing quality across all areas of operation.
• Faculty and Staff Development: Provide support for the professional development of faculty and staff through training programs, workshops, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing teaching, research, and administrative skills.
• Student Support and Welfare: Implement measures to promote the overall well-being and academic success of students, including support services, counselling, and feedback mechanisms.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners, alumni, and the wider community, to enrich the educational experience and enhance the relevance of academic programs.
